The world of self-adhesive bathroom sealing
The Corona pandemic presented our company with completely new challenges. For months, no direct customer contacts could be realised via our field service. In addition, there were and still are customers who wanted to get to know our waterproofing systems but were not allowed or permitted to receive a visit due to contact restrictions. We were therefore looking for a low-contact, invisible means of communication and presentation for our bathroom waterproofing, which could provide meaningful added value even after the end of the pandemic.
Our idea
After some thought, we came up with the idea of digitising our field service. But how could we make the quality, efficiency and feel of our self-adhesive, flexible waterproofing systems comprehensible in a web meeting? The solution: our "hyefficiency Kit", which we send to you before the agreed digital meeting.
